RETURN INFORMATION

 

An item is only eligible for return within 14 calendar days of purchase.

Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing.

If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense or Samia’s Boutique, at its sole discretion, may charge a 15% restocking fee.

Please include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent to you at the time of delivery.

Holiday items are non returnable and non refundable unless damaged which must be reported within 5 days.

Damaged items MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods.

Clearance items are final sale which means they are non-refundable.

Original Shipping is not refundable.

There are no refunds only an online credit for the price of the item(s) .

Refunds are processed within 3/5 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.

We do not do exchanges, so if you’d like to order a different size, color or product, please place a new order online.

LOST, STOLEN AND DAMAGED ITEMS

Samia’s Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and recommend you send it back using an insured courier.   We highly recommend you make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records and possible for our reference.


Refunds are in the form of online credits .

NOTE: We don’t refund original shipping and handling charges.


HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please text us at 708-263-5346  immediately after making your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
